My Story

My passion for food began long before I ever stepped into a professional kitchen. As a child, I spent countless hours cooking alongside my grandmother, who loved food deeply and taught me the fundamentals that still guide me today — respect for ingredients, patience, and cooking with heart. Those early moments shaped not just how I cook, but why I cook.

Over the past 12+ years, cooking has become my life. I have worked in award-winning hotels and restaurants, learning a wide range of techniques and cuisines, and completing stages in Michelin-starred kitchens that refined my standards and attention to detail. Each experience added another layer to my craft and deepened my appreciation for food from different cultures.

One of the most defining chapters of my career was working as a private chef for a billionaire in Iceland, where I had the privilege of sourcing from local producers and working with some of the freshest seafood and truly unique ingredients found only in that landscape. The purity and seasonality of Icelandic produce reinforced my belief that great food starts with great ingredients.

For many years, I also spent winter seasons working as a private chef for ultra-high-net-worth clients, including members of royal families from Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and beyond. These roles took me across Europe and overseas, requiring not only technical excellence, but discretion, adaptability, and a deep understanding of personalised service at the highest level.

Today, I bring all of this experience into my work as a private chef and cooking instructor. Whether I’m creating bespoke dining experiences in your home or teaching you how to cook with confidence and joy, my goal is always the same: exceptional food, thoughtful service, and a relaxed, enjoyable experience.

Cooking isn’t just my profession — it’s what I love, and it’s what I do best. Every meal I create is a reflection of a lifetime spent in the kitchen, guided by passion, curiosity, and genuine care for the people I cook for.
